Food was nice enough but nothing really special. I didn’t like that they don’t accept cash payments and that they add 12.5% service charge to the bill. This is the UK not USA and we shouldn’t have this expected tipping culture forced onto us. Needless to say we asked for this to be removed from the bill.

Usually enjoy Bill's but this one fell short on a number of areas. The food was ok but didn't have the same 'freshness' it usually has - although it does look good in the photo. Also, the venue seemed like it needed a refresh - there was a stale smell where we were sat and it just felt dark and dingy - lacking atmosphere (other parts of the restaurant seemed brighter more like the Bill's you'd expect).

Nice restaurant on Gloucester Docks had morning coffee and toast. Pretty good 👍. Nice staff.

Not the best experience on our visit. Sent the burger back as it was over done and burnt, we'd ask for it medium. The sea bass was overcooked and the green beans only just cooked. They didn't charge for the burger and handled things well.

I just had my first visit and it was fantastic! The pan-fried sea bass was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, and that Banoffee Pie Sundae? Perfectly balanced and delicious! The service was spot on, and the atmosphere really made it feel special. Plus, I was impressed by the sleek tech for ordering and payment. Can't wait to come back for more!

I ate here with my family while visiting the area on a Saturday morning. The place was surprisingly busy but was well staffed and we didn't wait long for service at all. We had lovely food and had a nice time.

Always a pleasure to have a relaxing lunch at Bill’s in Gloucester Quays. The team are polite and friendly and the burgers and all other food is delicious. Highly recommended place to sit and eat. There are usually plenty of offers to get a great meal at a great price. Thanks again to Chris and the treat.

Went here for food. The food was lukewarm warm was not very nice had to send it back! Not up to the standards we thought bills would be. Our server seemed miserable was not great at all we won’t go back

Overall, this just felt too expensive. Some meal portion sizes are quite small and with the 12.5% service charge that was added to our bill, felt overpriced.
